What VELA is
VELA CIRCLE is a private real estate collaboration network: a technology platform designed for professional collaboration between real estate agencies and professionals in the sector. It allows professionals to share certain properties, buyer requirements and documents with the professionals they choose, according to the permissions available in the product.
VELA CIRCLE is not a real estate agency, is not a public property portal and does not act as a real estate intermediary. It does not take part in the transactions that users may agree between themselves.
Registration
Registration is reserved for real estate sector professionals. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Each user is associated with an agency; the data in the agency's space belongs to the agency.
Use of the Platform
You may manage properties, requests and collaborations according to the permissions you configure. The automated matching generates indicative matches based on system-defined criteria (price, location, type, rooms, features and size); it does not constitute a professional decision and does not determine the suitability of a transaction. AI-assisted features require human review: check the result before saving or sharing it. WhatsApp is an external channel: the Platform prepares the authorised message and opens the application; the sending is done by you.
User content
You keep ownership of the content you enter. In order to provide the service, you grant us a licence to host, reproduce and display that content according to the permissions you configure. You must hold the necessary rights over anything you upload.
Prohibited conduct
Entering data you are not entitled to; sharing third-party information without a legal basis; misrepresenting availability or characteristics; using the Platform for unlawful purposes; breaching the privacy of other agencies or users.
Suspension, cancellation and deletion
Accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk may be suspended or cancelled. You may delete your account from Settings, in accordance with the data retention and deletion policy.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant the accuracy of the information entered by users. Maintenance work may affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user in the previous 12 months.
Changes
Substantial changes will give rise to a new version and, where appropriate, a new express acceptance, communicated with reasonable advance notice.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. The courts that legally correspond shall be competent.
